Pharmco reserves the right to make reasonable changes to policies, terms, and conditions at any time to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Important: The following information must be on file before any products can ship to customers: 1. A copy of business or profesional license. 2.Florida customers only must provide resale tax certifícate or tax will be charged to order.

Pharmco Skincare Labs Products
Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. does not permit the retail sale of Pharmco Skincare Labs branded products on any third party websites. Pharmco Skincare Labs branded products are "Sold Exclusively to Professionals" for use in their physical establishment and for retail sale within their physical establishment only. If you would like to sell Pharmco Skincare Labs products online under your own brand name, please contact us about private label, unlabeled, or bulk product opportunities - sales@pharmcolabs.com or call 800.635-0712.

Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. is the owner of a copyright in various aspects of the Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. website (pharmcolabs.com), photography, product descriptions, and content contained within. Under United States copyright law, Pharmco Laboratories, Inc.’s copyrights have been in effect since the date that pharmcolabs.com was created. All copyrightable aspects of pharmcolabs.com are copyrighted under United States copyright law.

Pharmco Skincare Labs website, images, descriptions and content are the sole property of Pharmco Laboratories Inc., usage of any of the aforementioned is prohibited without written consent of Pharmco Laboratories Inc. Please contact Pharmco Laboratories Inc to obtain permission. Each usage request will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Ordering Information:
Our preferred and most convenient ordering method for stock bulk and prepackaged retail sizes is through our online store at www.pharmcolabs.com. If you are custom ordering bulk of non-stock products or ordering private label, you may email orders to: sales@pharmcolabs.com or fax order to 321-268-1377 - orders must be made in writing, verbal orders can be taken, but are not official until a PO or written order is received

Minimum order requirements:
There are no minimums for domestic ordering within the U.S. of stock bulk and prepackaged retail sizes. There is a minimum order of 10,000 pieces for private label and non-stock bulk products are subject to the minimum batch size for that product for domestic orders.  OTC drug products will incur additional fees for required stability testing and validation, please contact us for more information.  Note: International orders are not being accepted for stock bulk and prepackaged retail sizes. International orders for custom products and private label are available, but customers must make their own shipping arrangements and are responsible for all shipping/duties/taxes incurred between countries.

Payment Methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Company Checks accepted. Personal checks are accepted but held for clearance. $50 fee for returned checks

Lead times:
Lead times vary depending on order and can be determined once the order is placed. Most stock orders ship within 48 hours. Custom products may take longer.

Contract manufacturing:
Requires a 50% deposit in advance and balance of payment is due in full when product is ready to ship. Shipping charges are the responsibility of customer via pre-paid and add or collect.

Custom formulation packaging:
10% +/- quantity ordered allowance when packaging custom formulations.

Returned checks: 
$50.00 fee for returned checks

Pharmco Laboratories, Inc.  ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes. At this time, Pharmco Laboratories Inc. does not ship internationally. If you are shipping to PO Box Address and your order does not contain Hazardous Mataterial items, please select USPS as your shipping option as FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Orders qualifying for Free or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via FedEx Ground or Priority Mail (Final delivery to your door will be made by US Postal Service) services only. Free or discounted shipping is available only in the Continental U.S. and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and oversized packages.

Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. provides its shipping services through U.S. Postal Service and FedEx. Not all shipping methods are available to all shipping addresses. Any orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions and additional fees will be assessed for Hazardous Materials shipping.

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: some alcohol-based items, acid peels, toners, and others (e.g., items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via FedEx Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via any FedEx Express Air services. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

Shipment damages:
Save the original carton or box. Contact customer service immediately at 1-800-635-0712. Have the tracking number and package ready for damage inspection and claim for reimbursement.

Shipment Refusal:
In case an order is returned, due to the customer being unavailable to sign, or no one there to pay COD amounts, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges, and a 25% restock fee.

Returns are considered on a case by case basis within 30 day of purchase. No Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) products are accepted for return. If shrink seal is part of the package, it must be intact. No opened or used products can be returned. Call customer service to discuss your options and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns are subject to restocking fee. No returns allowed on custom bulk products. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and no credits issued.

Defective Products:
Follow the return protocol. Refunds will not be issued until Pharmco Laboratories, Inc.  verifies defect. If a manufacturing defect is found in the product or packaging, a credit will be issued to the account, or product will be replaced.

Out of Stock Items:
Product stock is offered for sale while supplies last. No liability for delay or non-supply is accepted by Pharmco. There is no complimentary or discounted shipping for out-of-stock items. Some products listed as "Out of Stock" have been changed to "Made to Order" due to low sales volumes, but have been retained on the site as part of our Formulary and, in most cases, have minimum order quantities listed.

NOTICE to Retailers and Professional Service Staff:
No responsibility will be accepted by Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. for untrained or unqualified personnel using or mis-using any products supplied. Information provided by Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. pertaining to its products is intended to be used as general information only and is in no way intended to replace certified medical or professional training or advice. These products are not to be used as a medical treatment program, nor to diagnose or cure any disease or medical condition. Always consult with a qualified medical or professional trainer for advice or training before using these products.  You are solely responsible for the use and misuse of products offered and for all actions and consequences of that use or misuse. Pharmco Laboratories Inc. make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness of these products. Always patch test products before use.

These terms and conditions shall constitute the final, complete and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to all sales by Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. to Buyer and shall supersede all prior offers, negotiations, understandings and agreements. Unless Buyer and Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. have executed a master contract which specifically supersedes and replaces the terms and conditions herein, it is expressly agreed that no prior or contemporaneous agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, shall contradict, modify, supplement or explain the terms and conditions contained herein. No additional or different terms or conditions, whether material or immaterial, shall become a part of any sales agreement unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized officer of Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. in the United States. Any waiver by Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. of one or more of these terms and conditions or any defaults hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of the remaining terms and conditions or of any future defaults hereunder. No failure or delay by either party in exercising or enforcing any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof or preclude any other exercise or enforcement of rights hereunder.

Ordering Options

Option 1
Bulk products 1 gallon to 55 gallon. Customer is responsible for filling/labeling of product. Ingredients are provided. Note: In the U.S., labels must comply with FDA labeling regulations: 21 CFR-Cosmetics Labeling.

Option 2
Prepackaged stock products with Pharmco Laboratories Inc. Logo design, ingredients, directions, and lot code.

Option 3
Custom or stock formula in customer provided containers. Contract manufacturing. Please call to inquire. 10,000 pieces minimum for each bottle product per size or 10,000 pieces minimum for each tube product per size. Note* In the U.S, labels must comply with FDA labeling regulations: 21 CFR-Cosmetic Labeling

Formulating Policies

Formulating rates are available upon request.

Please allow 4-12 weeks for custom formulations.

Formulation requests where the client does not provide the exact percentages of every ingredient in the formula, shall be considered Pharmco Formulations.

Formulations provided by a client, including exact percentages of every ingredient in the formula shall be considered Client Formulations.

Upon completion of the formula, samples will be shipped to client. Shipping cost for samples to be paid by client and the lab fee will be paid prior to shipping.

Any changes requested by the client will be considered a new formula and subject to the per hour lab fee.

Depending on the product, challenge testing, preservative efficacy testing or other tests, as well as stability testing, may be required.

Once the sample has been approved: Customer submits a purchase order with quantities, packaging, shipping & any special instructions. Pharmco will provide an invoice and the client will sign off and make payment arrangements. 50% deposit to be paid and receipt of all primary and/or secondary packaging, label proofs, labels, etc. before work starts on the order.
