CPL16 Daily Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 30+, CT07 Micronized Benzoyl Peroxide Treatment 2.5% BPO Gel, CPL78 Micronized Benzoyl Peroxide Treatment 10% BPO Gel, CPL07 Benzoyl Peroxide Cleansing Gel 5% BPO Wash, are for professional use in a skin care establishment or dermatology office and/or as an ingredient for reprocessing and remanufacturing and is labeled accordingly.
If you are and/or intend to repackage these products for sale under your name, brand, emblem, logo, company name and/or information and label, you are required by law to register with the FDA and obtain an NDC number, as well as submit your label to the FDA as a dual submission with you as the distributor and Pharmco Laboratories, Inc as the manufacturer for each product. You are also required to conduct stability studies on each package and size to ensure the active ingredients maintain potency in that package at that size.
Repackaging voids all Pharmco Laboratories, Inc. product liability and requires you to have product liability insurance.
